Androgenetic alopecia
The common, gradual, hormone-driven thinning that accounts for most hair loss in men and a large share in women. It is the indication almost every programme in this register is aimed at.
Two drugs have been approved for it for decades and nothing has joined them. What is in development below is mostly trying to do better than those two, not to replace something that failed.
