Why it matters
Triple Hair, a Montreal company, disclosed the composition when it dosed the first patient in April 2026: a patented topical spray of minoxidil, finasteride and latanoprost, three molecules each with a hair-loss record of its own. The Phase 3 randomises 420 men across up to ten Canadian sites against 5% minoxidil as well as placebo, which is the comparison that matters for a combination.
