A research record, not medical advice: being listed here says nothing about whether a treatment works or whether it is right for you. Talk to a dermatologist about your own case.

Why it matters

Telogen effluvium, diffuse shedding after illness, childbirth or stress, is the complaint behind much of the hair-loss traffic on any site, and almost nothing prescription-grade is developed for it; the comparator here, Pantogar, is a registered medicine for diffuse hair loss in Brazil and Austria, and a non-inferiority study against it is how a new entrant would position itself. BL 3000 is a 500 mg capsule of undisclosed composition; the single-centre trial in 326 women was to start in January 2023 and the record, last updated in July 2022, still reads 'unknown'. Listed as inactive on the strength of the registry silence.
