If a record concerns you and it is wrong, send the document that shows it and it will be corrected. Nothing is added, removed or reworded for payment, and discontinued programmes stay in the register.

The register is freely citable with a link to the record. For an export or a question about the method, get in touch — that is precisely what this exists for.
